Production and sale of forest assortments, first quarter 2026
The total commercial timber production in state-owned forests in the first quarter of 2026 observed a slight decrease of 1.4% compared to the same quarter of the previous year
The total commercial timber production in state-owned forests in the first quarter of 2026 was 34 044 m3 and compared to the same period of 2025 it decreased by 1.4%.
In the same period, sales of forest products amounted to 35 590 m3 and increased by 33.7%.
The largest decrease in production of forest assortments was observed in mining wood by, 39%, following by stack wood, and logs.
An increase in production was recorded only for other roundwood, by 44.7%.
