Structural business statistics, 2024, preliminary data

In 2024, 68 889 market oriented enterprises¹⁾ generated 2 152 867 million denars of turnover and
486 170 million denars of value added.

The biggest share of turnover of 40.2% was generated in the Wholesale and retail trade sector and in the Manufacturing sector, 24.3%. 

The Manufacturing sector contributed to gross value added generation the most, 25.9% followed by the Trade sector, 21.3%, the Construction sector, 9.6% and the Communication and information sector, 9.2%.
