Rules for internal organization

The internal organization of the Institute ensures the legal performance of the works and tasks established by law, other regulations and acts, focus on service users, independence and responsibility in the performance of official tasks, uniformity and hierarchical arrangement of organizational units, delegation of powers and interdepartmental coordination.

This Rulebook regulates the internal organization of the State Statistical Office (hereinafter: the Office), and in particular: the types and number of organizational units, their scope, responsibility and mutual relations, the ways and forms of management of the organizational units in the Office, as and a graphic representation of the internal organization of the Office.

The competences of the Office derive from the Law on the Organization and Work of State Administration Bodies ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia" no. 58/00, 44/02, 82/08, 167/10 and 51/11) and the Law on State Statistics ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia" no. 54/97, 21/07, 51/11, 104/13, 42/14, 192/15, 27/16 and 83/18).
