The data published by the State Statistical Office on its website are open to users

The State Statistical Office provides open data for users and they can use the data available on the website for free, while it is necessary to indicate the source from where the data was taken (Source: State Statistical Office).
MAKSTAT open database
The MAKSTAT database fully meets the criteria for open data. Free of charge, with the PXWeb tool, users can select data, rearrange the data, perform calculations and finally save the data in different formats: XLSX, XML, JSON, CSV, etc.
PXWeb API
Users can access the data in the MAKSTAT database through the PXWeb API (Application Programming Interface). Thus, users can use whole tables or part of tables from the MAKSTAT database according to their needs for different purposes.
Data is free for all users, meaning no separate contracts are required. The only condition is to indicate the source when using it (Source: State Statistical Office). If data is used from the MAKSTAT database for which other institutions are responsible, in that case there is no need to indicate the source. When using the data through the API, it is not allowed to use malicious coding.
Also, it is not allowed to present further applications developed by the user as "official cooperation" or "partnership" with the State Statistical Office.
