The construction costs for new residential buildings in the fourth quarter of 2024 increased by 0.7% compared to the previous quarter
Construction costs indices for new residential buildings compared to the previous quarter was 100.7, the material costs 99.7 and the labour costs 103.0.
In the fourth quarter of 2024 in comparison with the same quarter of the previous year the construction cost index was 91.0, the material costs 91.4 and the labour costs 90.2.
