Construction cost indices for new residential buildings, fourth quarter 2025

The construction costs for new residential buildings compared to the previous quarter decreased by 0.4%, the material costs decreased by 1.1% and the labour costs increased by 1.0%.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, in comparison with the same quarter of the previous year, the construction costs decreased by 0.5%, the material costs decreased by 1.1%, while the labour costs increased 0.8%.
