The construction costs for new residential buildings in the second quarter of 2025 increased by 1.1% compared to the previous quarter
The construction costs for new residential buildings compared to the previous quarter increased by 1.1%, the material costs by 0.4% and the labour costs by 2.6%.
In the second quarter of 2025, in comparison with the same quarter of the previous year, the construction costs decreased by 0.3%, the material costs increased by 0.7%, while the labour costs decreased 2.3%.
