Construction cost indices for new residential buildings, third quarter 2025

The construction costs for new residential buildings compared to the previous quarter decreased by 0.3%, the material costs decreased by 0.8% and the labour costs increased by 0.9%.

In the third quarter of 2025, in comparison with the same quarter of the previous year, the construction costs increased by 0.6%, the material costs decreased by 0.3%, while the labour costs increased 2.8%.
