Electricity and natural gas prices, second semester of 2025
In the second half of 2025, a slight increase in the price of electricity for households was observed, while for other consumers the price of electricity and natural gas prices generally decreased.
In the second half of 2025, the average price of electricity, excluding value added tax, for final consumers (excluding households) ranges from 5.820 to 15.340 denars per kWh, depending on consumer groups. Compared to the previous half-year, the average price per kWh decreased by 0.5%.
The average price of electricity for households amounts to 7.330 denars per kWh, representing an increase of 0.8% compared to the first half of 2025.
The average price of natural gas, excluding value added tax, for final consumers (excluding households) ranges from 675 472 to 1 358.232 denars per GJ, depending on consumer groups. In this context, a decrease in natural gas prices ranging from 11.7% to 23.4% across consumer groups is observed.
The average retail price of natural gas for households amounts to 1 968.2 denars per GJ, marking a decrease of 4.7 %.
