Structural business statistics, 2023, final data

In 2023, 68 150 market oriented enterprises¹⁾ generated 2 090 624 million denars of turnover and 
445 895 million denars of value added.

The biggest share of turnover of 39.1% was generated in the Wholesale and retail trade sector and in the Manufacturing sector, 25.7%. 

The Manufacturing sector contributed to value added generation the most, 26.0 % followed by the Trade sector, 20.8%, Communication and information sector  9.1% and the Construction sector, 8.7%.
