In 2024, private owners completed construction works in the amount of 14.4 billion denars and completed 2 512 dwellings

In 2024, private owners performed construction works in the amount of 14 372 406 thousand denars.
During 2024, building activities were performed on 1 978 structures, and a total of 2 512 dwellings were completed, with a total useful floor area of 296 537 m2, of which 152 were dwellings in weekend houses with total useful floor area of 12 879 m2.
