A total of 780 illegally built structures were registered in 2023
According to the type, of the total number of illegally built structures, 172 were housing units1) (22.1%); 134 extensions, alterations and adaptations (17.2%); 62 business buildings (7.9%); 33 garages (4.2%); 160 fences (20.5%) 3 stairs (0.4%); 12 terraces (1.5%); 9 summer terraces (1.2%); 63 canopies (8.1%); 54 temporary structures (6.9%) and 78 auxiliary structures (10.0%).
1) According to their purpose, the housing units are divided into residential, mostly residential and vacation houses.
