A total of 757 illegally built structures were registered in 2024
According to the type, the number of illegally built structures is the following: 151 housing units1) (19.9%); 99 extensions, alterations and adaptations (13.1%); 77 business buildings (10.2%); 49 garages (6.5%); 147 fences (19.4%); 8 stairs (1.1%); 14 terraces (1.8%); 20 summer terraces (2.6%); 93 canopies (12.3%); 26 temporary structures (3.4%) and 73 auxiliary structures (9.6%).
1) According to their purpose, the housing units are divided into residential, mostly residential and vacation houses.
