Issued building permits, April 2025

In  April 2025 a total of 357 building permits were issued, which was  38.9% more than the same month of the previous year. 

According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was  6 316 119 thousand denars, which was  10.7% than the same month of the previous year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 177 (49.6%) are for buildings, 61( 17.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 119(33.3%) are for reconstructions.  

Of the total of  357 structures, for  154 (43.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 203 ( 56.9%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period  729 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of  60 833 m².
