Issued building permits, August 2025
The number of issued building permits in August 2025 increased by 1.8% compared to the same period of the previous year
In August 2025, a total of 280 building permits were issued, which was 1.8% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 5 241 279 thousand denars, which was 8.0% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 179 (63.9%) are for buildings, 31 (11.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 70 (25.0%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 280 structures, for 166 (59.3%) the investors are private persons, and for 114 (40.7%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 646 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 64 251 m2.
