Issued building permits, December 2024
The number of issued building permits decreased in December 2024 by 2.0% compared to the same period of the previous year
In December 2024 a total of 287 building permits, which was 2.0% less than the same month of the previous year.
The expected total value of the constructions was 4 954 058 thousand denars, which was 22.6% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 175 (61.0) are for buildings, 48 (16.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and 64 (22.3%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 287 structures, for 157 (54.7%) the investors are private persons, and for 130 (45.3%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 705 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 59 557 m2, informs the State Statistical Office.
