Issued building permits, December 2025

In December 2025, a total of 237 building permits were issued, which was 17.4% less than the same month of the previous year. 

According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 988 378 thousand denars, which was 19.5 % less than the same month of the previous year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 140 (59.1%) are for buildings, 42 (17.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and 55 (23.2%) are for reconstructions.  

Of the total of 237 structures, for 132 (55.7%) the investors are private persons, and for 105 (44.3%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 411 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 38 300 m².
