Issued building permits, February 2025
The number of issued building permits decreased in February 2025 by 29.7% compared to the same period of the previous year
In February 2025 a total of 387 building permits were issued in February 2025, which was 29.7% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 4 901 041 thousand denars, which was 44.4% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 137 (50.4%) are for buildings, 73 (26.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and 62 (22.8%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 272 structures, for 122 (44.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 150 (55.1%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 635 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 51 075 m2.
