Issued building permits, February 2026

In February 2026 , a total of  244 building permits were issued, which was  10.3 % less than the same month of the previous year. 

According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was  14 476 578 thousand denars, which was 195.4 more than the same month of the previous year.

The increased value is due to the fact that in the reference period a building permit for building a Wind Park for production of electicity with capacity of 132 MW on the territory of Municilaities Stip, Radovis and Karbinci.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 173 (70.9 %) are for buildings,  25(10.2 %) are for civil engineering structures, and  46  (18.9 %) are for reconstructions.  

Of the total of  244 structures, for   174 ( 71.3 %) the investors are private persons, and for  70 (28.7 %) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 309 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of         36 919m².
