Issued building permits, January 2025
The number of issued building permits increased in January 2025 by 23.8% compared to the same period of the previous year
In January 20245 a total of 317 building permits were issued, which was 23.8% more than the same month of the previous year.
The expected total value of the constructions was 5 772 690 thousand denars, which was 28.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 174 (54.9%) are for buildings, 50 (15.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and 93 (29.3%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 317 structures, for 178 (56.2%) the investors are private persons, and for 139 (43.8%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 759 dwellings are planned for construction, with a total useful floor area of 60 471 m2.
