Issued building permits, January 2026

In January 2026, a total of 256 building permits were issued, which was 19.2% less than the same month of the previous year. 

According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 4 325 219 thousand denars, which was 25.1 % less than the same month of the previous year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 160 (62.5%) are for buildings, 31 (12.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 65  (25.4%) are for reconstructions.  

Of the total of 256  structures, for 155  (60.5%) the investors are private persons, and for 101  (39.5%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 618 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of          54 359 m².
