Issued building permits, July 2025

In July 2025, a total of 401 building permits were issued, which was 7.2% more than the same month of the previous year. 

According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 31 699 433 thousand denars, which was 345.3% more than the same month of the previous year.

The increased value is due to the fact that in the reference period a building permit for building Wind park (for the production of electricity from renewable sources) in the municipalities Stip, Radovish and Karbinci was issued, with total value of 500 million euros.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 228 (56.9%) are for buildings, 46 (11.5%) are for civil engineering structures, and 127 (31.7%) are for reconstructions.  

Of the total of 401 structures, for 232 (57.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 169 (42.1%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 667 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of         60 676m².
