Issued building permits, June 2025

In June 2025, a total of 213 building permits were issued, which was 15.1% more than the same month of the previous year. 

According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was  4 857 279 thousand denars, which was 47.1% more than the same month of the previous year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 120 (56.3%) are for buildings, 37 (17.4%) are for civil engineering structures, and 56 (26.3%) are for reconstructions.  

Of the total of 213 structures, for 110 (51.6%) the investors are private persons, and for 103 (48.4%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 260 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of         25 680 m².
