Issued building permits, November 2024

In November 2024 a total of 260 building permits, which was 18.2% less than the same month of the previous year.

The expected total value of the constructions was 4 250 392 thousand denars, which was 63.8% less than the same month of the previous year.

The lower amount of the expected value is because in the same month of the previous year a permit was issued for building civil engineering structure with higher amount, namely a Long-distance interconnectivity pipeline between North Republic of Macedonia and Greece.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 155 (59.6) are for buildings, 59 (22.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and 46 (17.7%) are for reconstructions. 

Of the total of 260 structures, for 146 (56.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 114 (43.9%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 542 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 49 111 m², informs the State Statistical Office.
