Issued building permits, November 2025

In November 2025, a total of 304 building permits were issued, which was 16.9 % more than the same month of the previous year. 

According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 5 400 888 thousand denars, which was 27.1 % more than the same month of the previous year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 208 (68.4 %) are for buildings, 34 (11.2 %) are for civil engineering structures, and 62 (20.4 %) are for reconstructions.  

Of the total of 304 structures, for 162 (53.3 %) the investors are private persons, and for 142 (46.7 %) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 761 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of          67 767 m².
