Issued building permits, October 2025
The number of issued building permits in October 2025 increased by 22.9 % compared to the same period of the previous year
In October 2025, a total of 446 building permits were issued, which was 25.1 % more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 10 596 843 thousand denars, which was 25.1% more than the same month of the previous year.
The increased value is due to the fact that in the reference period a building permit for building the State road A2 section Bukojchani – Kichevo Phase 1, sub-section Crvivtzi – Kichevo with length of 6.527 km, and total value of 44 million euros.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 289 (64.8 %) are for buildings, 68 (15.2 %) are for civil engineering structures, and 89 (20.0 %) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 446 structures, for 247 (55.4 %) the investors are private persons, and for 199 (44.6 %) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 1 177 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 101 286 m2.
