Issued building permits, September 2025

In September 2025, a total of 314 building permits were issued, which was 6.1% more than the same month of the previous year. 

According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 7 124 419 thousand denars, which was 5.2% less than the same month of the previous year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 220 (70.1%) are for buildings, 38 (12.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 56  (17.8%) are for reconstructions.  

Of the total of 314  structures, for 229 (72.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 85  (27.1%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 727 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of          69 411 m².
