The total gross electricity produced in December 2025 was 644 061 MWh, which represents 78.4 % of domestic electricity consumption
In December 2025, the total consumption by types of energy commodities was: 821 436 МWh of electricity, 47.058 mil. nm3 of natural gas, 261 591 tonnes of coal and 100 606 tonnes of petroleum products.
Gross national electricity production participated with 78.4% in gross national electricity consumption, while 99.6 % of the total national consumption of coals were used for generation of electricity.

In December 2025, compared to December 2024:
