The total gross electricity produced in October 2025 was 511 057 MWh, which represents 92.6 % of domestic electricity consumption
In October 2025, the total consumption by types of energy commodities was: 552 055 МWh of electricity, 32.657 mil. nm3 of natural gas, 340 268 tonnes of coal and 101 913 tonnes of petroleum products.
Gross national electricity production participated with 92.6% in gross national electricity consumption, while 99.9 % of the total national consumption of coals were used for generation of electricity.

In October 2025, compared to October 2024:
- Natural gas consumption increased by 77.7% due to reduced operation of cogeneration plants
