Indices of the number of employees in industry, February 2025

The index of the number of employees in February 2025, in comparison with February 2024, was        95.9.                                                                                                                                                                                    
The number of employees in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in February 2025, in comparison with February 2024, decreased by 2.3%, in the section Manufacturing it decreased by 4.3%, and in the section Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply decreased by 1.5%.

The number of employees in industry by Main Industrial Groupings in February 2025, in comparison with February 2024, was lower in Energy by 2.6%, in Capital goods by 6.3%, Intermediate goods, except energy by 1.3%, and Non-durable consumer goods by 6.3%, while the number of employees in industry was higher in Durable consumer goods by 18.0 %.

The index of the number of employees in industry in the period January - February 2025, in comparison with January - February 2024, was 96.2.
