Industrial production volume index, November 2025

The industrial production in the section Mining and quarrying in November 2025, in comparison with November 2024, decreased by 4.7%, in the section Manufacturing it decreased by 2.0%, while in the section Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply it decreased by 8.6%.

The decrease in the section Manufacturing is mostly due to decreased production in the divisions:

- Manufacture of beverages,
- Manufacture of textiles,
- Manufacture of wearing apparel,
- Manufacture of chemicals and chemical products,
- Manufacture of basic pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical preparations,
- Manufacture of basic metals, 
- Manufacture of fabricated metal products, except machinery and equipment, 
- Manufacture of electrical equipment, 
- Manufacture of machinery and equipment n.e.c. and 
- Manufacture of furniture.

The industrial production by Main Industrial Groupings in November 2025, in comparison with November 2024, was lower in Energy by 8.5%, Capital goods by 2.1%, Durable consumer goods by 18.6% and Non-durable consumer goods by 8.7%, but higher in Intermediate goods, except energy by 7.7%. 

The industrial production in the period January – November 2025, in comparison with January – November 2024, increased by 1.9%.
