Doctors of Science, 2024

In 2024, 215 people obtained the title of Doctor of Science, which represents an increase of 23.6% compared to 2023.

The largest number of people, 22.4%, received doctorates in the field of health and welfare, followed by 16.7% in arts and humanities, 14.4% in business, administration and law, 11.6% in social sciences, journalism and information, while the rest of the fields were less represented.

During 2024, 106 women defended their doctoral dissertation, which represents 49.3% of the total number of people who received their doctorate in the same year.
