Doctors of Science, 2025

In 2025, 245 people obtained the title of Doctor of Science, which represents an increase of 14% compared to 2024.

The largest share of individuals, 25.3%, obtained their doctoral degrees in the fields of health and social protection; 14.7% in business, administration and law, 12.7% in engineering, manufacturing and construction, and 12.2% in arts and humanities, this is followed by social sciences, journalism and information, with 10.2%, while the remaining fields are represented with a lower percentage.

During 2025, 147 women defended their doctoral dissertation, which represents 60% of the total number of people who received their doctorate in the same year.
