Active population, fourth quarter 2025
The number of unemployed people in the fourth quarter of 2025 decreased by 0.4% compared to the third quarter of 2025 and decreased by 3.6% compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
Unemployed men accounted for 57.9% and women for 42.1% of the total number of unemployed persons. The number of employed persons has increased by 0.6%. Of the total number of employed persons, 57.8% were men and 42.2% were women.
The share of informal employment has decreased. There were 90 293 informally employed persons, or 10.3% less than the previous quarter. The largest number of informally employed persons was in the Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing sector, 45.9%, and in the Construction sector, 16.9%.
