Active population, third quarter 2025
The number of unemployed people in the third quarter of 2025 increased by 0.4% compared to the second quarter of 2025 and decreased by 6.7% compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
Unemployed men accounted for 62.4% and women for 37.6% of the total number of unemployed persons. The number of employed persons increased by 0.5%. Of the total number of employed persons, 57.8% were men and 42.2% were women.
The share of informal employment has increased. There were 100 619 informally employed persons, or 2.5% more than the previous quarter. The largest number of informally employed persons was in the Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing sector, 48.8%, and in the Construction sector, 17.7%.
