The average monthly gross wage paid per employee in January 2025, compared to January 2024, increased by 8.9%.

This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in the sectors: Arts, entertainment and recreation 15.1%, Administrative and support service activities 12.1% and Education 11.5%. 

A decrease in the average monthly gross wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors: Construction (6.8%), Manufacturing (5.7%) and Financial and insurance activities (4.5%).
