The average monthly gross wage paid per employee in July 2025 was 68 102 denars.

The average monthly gross wage paid per employee in July 2025, compared to July 2024, increased by 10.6%.

This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in the sectors: Administrative and support service activities 16.7%, Education, Human health and social work activities 15.1% and Agriculture, forestry and fishing 12.3%. 

A decrease in the average monthly gross wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors: Financial and insurance activities 3.4%, Mining and quarrying 3.3% and Information and communication 2.4%.
