In the fourth quarter of 2024 workers were mostly required in the occupation group – Professionals.
The job vacancy rate in the fourth quarter of 2024 was 1.93% and the highest number of job vacancies, 2149, was recorded in the second group of occupations - Professionals.
The Pelagonia Region had the highest job vacancy rate at 2.72%.
The job vacancy rate was highest in section Accommodation and food service activities, 3.47%, while the lowest rate was registered in section Public administration and defence; compulsory social security, 0.13%.
Business entities with 10-49 employees had the highest job vacancy rate of 2.69%.
