Fiscal statistics for swift state decisions
The State Statistical Office (SSO) hosted Acad. Prof. Abdylmenaf Bexheti, PhD, and Prof. Marina Trpeska, PhD, as representatives of the Fiscal Council of the Republic of North Macedonia, who were welcomed by Dejan Stankov, PhD, Director of the SSO, on 27.03.2025

The State Statistical Office (SSO) hosted Acad. Prof. Abdylmenaf Bexheti, PhD, and Prof. Marina Trpeska, PhD, as representatives of the Fiscal Council of the Republic of North Macedonia, who were welcomed by Dejan Stankov, PhD, Director of the SSO, on 27.03.2025.
The purpose of the meeting was to review the cooperation between the two institutions in the areas of fiscal analyses and public finance data, as well as to examine the possibilities for joint work on projects that will support economic planning and monitoring of public policies and help in evidence-based decision making.
In order to improve the cooperation and deepen the partnership, the institutions signed a Memorandum of Cooperation at the end of the meeting.
