On 26.03.2025, the State Statistical Office hosted students and teachers from the Secondary School of Economics "Jane Sandanski" from Bitola.
This visit is part of the Office's activities to improve statistical literacy among students.
During the visit, they were introduced to the work of the State Statistical Office as the only official source of statistics in the country and its key role in the collection, processing and dissemination of statistical data.
The students were informed about the various statistical processes, and they were given a presentation of the website of the Office and the MakStat database, with practical explanations on how to use them to obtain the required statistical information that will serve them for their school assignments in the field of economics and statistics.
