Construction cost indices for new residential buildings, first quarter 2026

The construction costs for new residential buildings compared to the previous quarter increased by 0.8%, the material costs increased by 1.0% and the labour costs increased by 0.4%.

In the first quarter of 2026, in comparison with the same quarter of the previous year, the construction costs increased by 1.2%, the material costs decreased by 0.5%, while the labour costs increased 5.0%.
