The construction costs for new residential buildings in the second quarter of 2026, compared to the previous quarter, increased by 3.1%, the material costs increased by 2.8%, and the labour costs increased by 3.8%.
In the second quarter of 2026, in comparison with the same quarter of the previous year, the construction costs increased by 3.3%, the material costs by 1.9%, and the labour costs increased 6.2%.
