A total of 911 illegally built structures were registered in 2025
According to the type, the number of illegally built structures is the following: 169 housing units1) (18.6%); 110 extensions, alterations and adaptations (12.1%); 116 business buildings (12.7%); 79 garages (8.7%); 164 fences (18.0%); 9 stairs (1.0%); 6 terraces (0.7%); 22 summer terraces (2.4%); 113 canopies (12.4%); 17 temporary structures (1.9%) and 106 auxiliary structures (11.6%).
1) According to their purpose, the housing units are divided into residential, mostly residential and vacation houses.
