Issued building permits, April 2026

In April 2026, a total of  291 building permits were issued, which was 38.0 % less than the same month of the previous year. 

According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was  4 577 429 thousand denars, which was 41.8 % less than the same month of the previous year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 208 (71.5 %) are for buildings, 27 (9.3 %) are for civil engineering structures, and  56 (19.2 %) are for reconstructions.  

Of the total of  291 structures, for  197 (67.7 %) the investors are private persons, and for  94 (32.3 %) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 722 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of          65 663 m².
