Issued building permits, June 2026
The number of issued building permits in June 2026 increased by 39.0% compared to the same period of the previous year
In June 2026, a total of 296 building permits were issued, which was 39.0% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 6 363 610 thousand denars, which was 31.0% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 200( 67.6%) are for buildings, 26 ( 8.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and 70 ( 23.6%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 296 structures, for 218 ( 73.6%) the investors are private persons, and for 78 (26.4%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 754 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 64 266 m2.
