Issued building permits, May 2026

In May 2026, a total of 340 building permits were issued, which was 15.2 %  less than the same month of the previous year. 

According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 6 669 367 thousand denars, which was 15.2 %  less than the same month of the previous year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 229 (67.3 %) are for buildings, 22 (6.5 %) are for civil engineering structures, and 89  (26.2 %) are for reconstructions.  

Of the total of 340  structures, for 214  (62.9 %) the investors are private persons, and for 126  (37.1 %) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 840 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of          71 561 m².
