Energy, August 2026, preliminary data
The total gross electricity produced in August 2026 was 506 386 MWh, which represents 97.2 % of domestic electricity consumption
In August 2026, the total consumption by types of energy commodities was: 520 849 МWh of electricity, 17.563 mil. nm3 of natural gas, 175 578 tonnes of coal and 119 046 tonnes of petroleum products.
Gross national electricity production participated with 97.2% in gross national electricity consumption, while 99.9% of the total national consumption of coals were used for generation of electricity.
