In 2024, 7.0% more environmental taxes were paid than in the previous year
A total of 15 919.4 million denars of environmental taxes were paid in 2024.
In 2024, the largest share in the environmental taxes was that of energy taxes with 59.5%, followed by transport taxes 39.6% and pollution taxes with 0.9%.
The share of environmental taxes in the gross domestic product in 2024 was 0.9%.
