The data are obtained on the basis of statistical surveys from individual statistical questionnaires filled by the competent primary public prosecutor's offices and the primary courts

In 2025, compared to 2024, there was an increase in the number of reported adult persons by 6.5%, while the number of accused and convicted adult persons decreased in the number of offenders, the accused by 7.7%, and the convicted by 5.7%.
