Transport of passengers and goods, second quarter of 2026

The quantity of goods carried in freight road transport in the second quarter of 2026 decreased by 52.2 %, compared to the same quarter of the previous year

In the second quarter of 2026, a total of 1 159 thousand passengers were carried in road passenger transport, 8 061 thousand passengers in urban-suburban transport, 28 thousand passengers in rail transport, and 1 112 961 passengers were carried in air transport.


In the second quarter of 2026, in comparison with the same period of 2025, the quantity of goods carried in freight road transport decreased by 52.2%, in rail transport it increased by 5.9%, while in air transport it increased by 4.6%.
